White is used as the base colour throughout the product range, with priority given to integrity and cleanliness as the brand’s trustworthiness. Ingredient motifs and image colours were then set for each variant. The focus was on creating a high-quality, luxurious feel while adjusting the overall tone.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The client requested that we develop seasonal packaging that differs from the regular product line. While maintaining the image of the brand concept of ‘deep moisturising care’, the visual layout reproduced a special feeling as a limited edition product. We aimed to create a light and gorgeous image for spring’s ‘sakura’, a freshness for summer’s ‘grapefruit’ and a gentle, enveloping feel for ‘snowflakes’.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We proposed a precise lead-in to the product, including consideration of colour area and visibility. Sales promotions are also part of the brand’s worldview, so the way catchphrases are included, the choice of colours and images, and the layout are all considered first and foremost in terms of expression that leads to brand trust.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The iconic drop-shaped ridges of the bodywash are utilised, while being reduced to the size of a handwash. The proportions of the bottle were designed to follow the image of a body wash, while also taking into account the rate of tipping over. The large diameter of the foam bottle made it difficult to control the thickness, ridges and capacity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The shape of the imagined drop-shaped ridge line is created in 3D modelling. Accurate 3D modelling techniques help bring the world of the image into actual shape.
